We make everything in-house from our meatballs to our sauces, and there’s a good reason for that!
When we planned to open an eatery, we put our heads together and tried to come up with some basic characteristics of the sort of “lunch” that we wanted to eat in a fast-casual setting. Delicious… duh. Healthy… of course. Gluten Free… no problem. But what’s going to set us apart from everyone else, we asked ourselves.
What do “healthy, gluten free, and delicious” have in common? WHOLE FOOD! That’s it!
Using only whole food was what’s going to seperate us from the rest. We’re going to make everything in house, from scratch, and with only whole ingredients. No fillers, no preservatives, no added sugars, definitely no soy products, and we’re going to cook everything the same way… using only 100% pure olive oil. No vegetable oils or frying.
There isn’t an ingredient in Feature that we buy “pre-made” from a manufacturer. Every flavor you taste was concocted by us using only the most natural and fundemental ingredients.
